  • ABOUT ME

    Hi. My name is Tom Chi, and I've built a career creating many of the technologies that make up our current world (email, search, social) as well as developing technologies that will shape the coming world (self-driving cars, AI, augmented reality, wearables). From this, I have built deep experience in getting complex projects from vision to reality and have helped some of the world's most innovative companies and their executives do the same.

     

    But somewhere along the line, I also realized that we need more than tech to create a future worth being a part of. The accelerating social and environmental degradation of the world called me to dedicate much of the last decade learning from and mentoring entrepreneurs that are re-inventing our systems toward new systems that support social and environmental good. I've had the privilege to work closely with hundreds of teams and have taught over 10,000 individuals in the past decade, and in the process learned many lessons of how to practically realize mission-driven ideas. In this course, I hope to pass some of the most essential of those lessons on to you.
